Prime Minister Power Point
Posted on November 2, 2006 by Carrie
I had my students choose one of Canada’s Prime Ministers and do a research project. They were to present their information in a Power Point presentation. They needed to report on personal history as well as make acknowledgements about their chosen minister’s political accomplishments. Each student will have an opportunity to present their finished presentations to the rest of the class. This activity fits into Cluster 1 of the new Grade 6 Social Studies curriculum.
A good reference site is: www.collectionscanada.ca/confederation/kids follow the links to the Prime Ministers’site
